1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
We accept refunds or replacements only under these conditions:
- Spoiled/Contaminated Milk: If milk is spoiled, sour, leaking, or unsafe to consume at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect Order: Wrong product, quantity, or subscription delivery.
- Packaging Issues: Damaged, leaking, or tampered milk packets/bottles during delivery.
- Customer taste preference changes.
- Improper storage after delivery (e.g., milk not refrigerated).
2. How to Request a Refund
- For Daily Deliveries: Contact us within 6 hours of delivery via phone/email.
- Please share the following:
- Photos/video of the issue.
- Order details or subscription information.
3. Refund Methods:
- Full Refund: Refunded to original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Replacement: Fresh milk delivered on the next delivery cycle.
- Wallet Credit: Can be used for future orders/subscriptions.
4. Special Cases:
- Missed Delivery Due to Our Fault: Eligible for full refund or replacement.
- Subscription Cancellation: Refund for unused balance only.
5. Delivery Charges:
- Our Fault: Replacement delivery will be free of cost.
- Customer Fault: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Exceptions:
- No refunds for bulk/wholesale orders unless agreed beforehand.
- Special offers and promotional sales may have different refund terms.
