These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) apply to the use of the Maharudra Dairy website, the Maharudra Dairy mobile application on iOS or Android devices including phones, tablets or any other electronic device ("Maharudra Dairy App") and the mobile site ("Msite"); whereas the Website, the Maharudra Dairy App and the Msite are together referred to as the "Platform".
For the purposes of this Agreement, wherever the context so requires "you" or "User" shall mean any person including any natural or legal person who uses the Platform or buys any product using any computer system or mobile device and “We” or “we” shall mean Maharudra Dairy.
ACCEPTANCE
We encourage you to review this Agreement whenever you visit the Platform to make sure that you understand the terms governing the use of the Platform and purchase of dairy products.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, please stop using the Platform immediately.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
TERMS OF USE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the Platform. You agree not to misuse the Platform, violate any laws or attempt to disrupt services.
All content including logos, images, text and branding of Maharudra Dairy are our property and may not be reused without permission.
You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or violates intellectual property rights.
PRODUCTS, ORDERING AND PRICING
We deliver fresh milk and dairy products only to selected service locations. Service areas may change without notice.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders or discontinue products without notice.
Due to the perishable nature of milk and dairy products, quantity and packaging may slightly vary. You will only be charged for the quantity delivered.
Prices may change without prior notice. We are not liable for any pricing changes or discontinuation of products.
DELIVERY AND CHARGES
Delivery charges may apply based on location and subscription plan. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.
PLATFORM & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Maharudra Dairy owns all intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its branding. We are not responsible for third-party links or services available on the Platform.
USER ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the last one month for products purchased through the Platform.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Maharudra Dairy against any claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.
MODIFICATION
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated.
